According to Cat Dirt Sez, The Jesus and Mary Chain are reportedly set to team up with Scarlett Johansson for a special show. Following rumours they would have a special guest on their US tour dates, the actress will sing back up on their Coachella warm-up date in Pomona, California on April 26.
It is not known if the collaboration will be a one off or will be repeated, although with the gig happening so close to the festival, if the collaboration goes ahead it could easily be repeated for the event. The band are set to play their first gigs since they split up in 1998.
A little piece of trivia: The Jesus and Mary Chain is, of course, the band behind Just Like Honey, the song played during the final credits of Lost in Translation.
