It seems that Scarlett did not host the Free Arts NYC’s 8th annual art and photography auction and benefit, ‘Portraits & Polaroids’, on April 23, 2007, in New York, unlike earlier reported. The event was held yesterday and pictures have been released, none of them unfortunately featuring Scarlett. According to an article by NY Post, there seems to be some confusion as to whether Scarlett had ever agreed to host the event:

Though event publicists said Johansson “cancelled her appearance,” her rep told Page Six, “Scarlett never agreed to co-host the Free Arts NYC event and was never scheduled to attend.”
