Maybe the people who made the film decided to release that film at that time as Scarlett would be fresh from the publicity of and in the spotlight a lot from, the publicity of the film, He’s Just Not That Into You, so that then with her being in the film and in the spotlight from the, He’s Just Not That Into You, film release she might then generate more publicity for the film.
