According to the Superheroes-R-Us blog, Lionsgate has moved the release date of Frank Miller’s The Spirit up to December 25, 2008 – from the original January 16, 2009 date. If this is indeed true, we will have two Scarlett films to enjoy late this year; The Spirit and He’s Just Not That Into You (to be released October 24). And then, of course, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, set to premiere at Cannes this month.

Let’s bet on the last wenesday of October as when Vicky Cristina Barcelona will hit the french screens
The rescheduling of Spirit three weeks ahead initial dates of release is a good news and brings the hint that delaying is not a written rule

That’s good news! We’ll also have Vicky Cristina Barcelona which is supposed to come out near the end of the year.
