Scarlett attended the Extreme Beauty In Vogue event which took place a little earlier today at the 2009 Milan Fashion Week. She looked sensational in a gray leopard printed gown which was ultra fitted to her curves, and wore her wavy read locks down. She accessorized with black pumps and bold red lippy; very va-va-voom!

Wow!! I love the dramatic look! The hair is simply amazing, gotta love those Hollywood curls. And personally I think this colour makes her look more special and unique, much more so than blonde (which was nice most of the time). Oh, and did I mention already how flattering that dress is?
