Gwyneth Paltrow says the gloves have never come off and there’s no such thing as a fight brewing with her Iron Man 2 costar Scarlett Johansson.

“People tell me, ‘Oh you had a fight,’ ” Paltrow tells People of the Internet chatter surrounding the A-list stars. “They’re pitting you against each other and I just think, ‘Why do we need to make a problem between women?’ ”

“I think that’s the part that’s lame,” she adds.

Paltrow, 37, says the truth of the matter is she happens to love Johansson, particularly for her raunchy side.

“I adore Scarlett. I loved having her on set,” Paltrow insists. “She is really funny. She swears a lot. She has a dirty sense of humor. She loves to cook. She’s like a girl after my own heart.”
