Hello fellow Scarlett fans! Earlier this week (October 4), our girl graced the carpet at the Moet Chandon 250 Anniversary in a beautiful green dress, looking absolutely breathtaking – as always. The event was held in Moscow, Russia, and was dedicated to celebrate the 250 years of Moët & Chandon. 23 pre-liminary gorgeous HQ images have been added to our galleries here at Scarlett Fan (kudos to my good friend Mandy for most of these). Enjoy the pretty new photos!
