I don’t know about you, but I personally love pictures from press conferences. I’ve updated the gallery with some rather rare shots.
Edit: Unfortunately I lost the photos in the server crash. :ouch: If anyone managed to save them, most specifically the Eight Legged Freaks ones, please send me an email! Credit will be given.
Just a quick update for today as I’ve been swamped with work recently. My friend Frederik sent in scans of the August issue of German Vanity Fair, which features Scarlett on the front cover. The article itself is about her work with Oxfam and the trip to India. Be sure to check it out!
I will be adding many more of your scan contributions as soon as time permits. Again, thanks for your patience!

I’ve updated the gallery with three new and amazingly gorgeous Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 07/08 campaign ads, and a few of the ones we had before in larger quality. Huge thanks to Rachel for sending these in! This is, hands down, my favorite Scarlett Johansson LV campaign to date!

|I’ve added 40 pics of Scarlett Johansson, Javier Bardem and Rebecca Hall filming scenes in Oviedo yesterday. They were joined by Penelope Cruz, whose character was not in the scene shown in these candids.|

Woody Allen began shooting scenes on Monday in the northern city of Oviedo following weeks of filming his next – and still untitled – movie in Barcelona.
Dozens of onlookers, photographers and journalists watched as Allen and his crew filmed Javier Bardem and Rebecca Hall walk out of the city’s elegant Hotel de La Reconquista.
Later, Scarlett Johansson was in a scene at the hotel. Another star appearing in the movie, Penelope Cruz, has yet to be seen in the city.

Internet gossip sites are once again buzzing with the false information that Scarlett is to portray porn star Jenna Jameson in an upcoming biopic. As you may remember, Scarlett’s rep confirmed the reports as being completely untrue back in January 2007. Here’s a report from People, where the rumors are once again reported as false;
Despite circulating reports and Jenna Jameson’s hopes that the actress is just the right mix of sexy and mysterious, Scarlett Johansson will not portray the porn star in the film adaptation of her autobiography.
“Scarlett has never seen a script nor been approached about this project,” says a rep for the actress. “She also has no interest in playing this role.”
Speaking with People at the Comic Con convention in San Diego this weekend, Jameson, 33, said she was smitten with the 22-year-old Johansson after seeing her Golden Globe-nominated turn in the 2003 film Lost in Translation.
“I remember thinking to myself, this girl has such a sexuality without even really trying to be sexy,” Jameson said. “I was like, ‘This girl could play me.'”
As actors and film crews working for Woody Allen clog up the already bustling streets of Barcelona this summer, the residents of this eastern Spanish city have begun to ask why their city hall is helping fund the director’s next film.
With a section of the city’s famously busy Las Ramblas boulevard among the streets to have been blocked off for Allen and stars such as Scarlett Johansson and Penélope Cruz, the grumbling has turned into a political row.
Some 10% of the budget for the film, known as The Barcelona Project and featuring Spanish actor Javier Bardem, comes from city and Catalan regional taxpayers.
Barcelona city hall has set aside almost €1m (£680,000) to help fund the film, as well as providing police escorts for Johansson and others. A further €500,000 comes from the regional government of Catalonia.
