Scarlett Johansson Is Nobody’s Baby
Mother, chanteuse, computer operating system, bombshell alien… ?no matter the role, Scarlett Johansson is her own woman.

“When she came out of me, I was so surprised,” Scarlett Johansson told me on a cold day in December. We were at the photo shoot for this story, and Johansson, who had given birth to her daughter, Rose, just three months earlier, was wearing tight jeans and an equally snug white sweater. Her short, almost platinum hair, which would soon be covered by a Debbie Harry circa-Blondie shag wig, was slicked back. “I had a very strong picture in my mind of what my baby would look like,” Johansson continued. “And, of course, she is completely different. Perfect, but not what I’d imagined. Now, of course, I can’t picture her any other way.” Johansson smiled. As always—and I have been interviewing her regularly since her breakthrough role in 2003’s Lost in Translation—she was at once forthcoming and guarded. Johansson, who just turned 30, has been acting professionally since she was 7 and is entirely comfortable in the spotlight. (“Everyone has seen my breasts!” she said when an assistant offered her a private changing room. “I can change my top right here.”) And then, when it truly matters, she can be remarkably discreet. It was months before the public caught wind of her marriage to the French journalist Romain Dauriac.

Scarlett made her first event of the year for the 2015 G’Day USA Gala Featuring The AACTA International Awards were she was there to present her Avengers co-stat Chris Hemsworth the “Excellence in Film Award”. Over 90 HQ photos from the event are now up in the gallery.

P.s – I just want to say this, Over the last week candids of Scarlett with Rose have come online. This site will NOT be posting any candids of Scarlett (other then on set photos of her working) and never any with her and Rose, Unless Scarlett her self give’s out a official one. I would like encourage others Scarlett sites/fans to do the same and not post any photos.

The studio has moved Jon Favreau’s upcoming version of the family favourite from October 9 to next year.

The Jungle Book will now open on April 15 2016 in 3D.

Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures executives have filled The Jungle Book’s initial slot with The Finest Hours, the Chris Pine Coast Guard thriller that was set to open in the April 2016 berth.

Pete’s Dragon goes out on August 12 2016, while Dreamworks’ live-action cyber thriller adaptation Ghost In The Shell arrives in theatres in 3D on April 14 2017.

The Scarlett Johansson-headlined remake of Ghost In The Shell will arrive in April 2017.

This one appears to be happening. Disney – which distributes DreamWorks’ live action slate – has scheduled the film for a release of April 14th 2017, reports ERC. Scarlett Johansson is indeed attached to the project. Here’s our original story…

Although she’s yet to get a solo Marvel film of her own, Scarlett Johansson’s already proved she can open an action film by herself – Luc Besson’s completely bonkers sci-fi confection Lucy managed to make more than 10 times its $40m budget at the box office last year.

If the latest reports are correct, Johansson could be about to play a not dissimilar role in another sci-fi action film: DreamWorks’ live-action remake of Ghost In The Shell. The original anime feature, directed by Mamoru Oshii and based on Masamune Shirow’s manga, is a true classic, influencing numerous other writers and directors and spawning a TV series subtitled Stand Alone Complex.

According to Variety, Johansson has agreed to take the lead as Kusanagi, a cybernetic human who, in the original film, went on the trail of a hacker called the Puppet Master. Rupert Sanders, who previously made Snow White And The Huntsman, is set to direct, while screenwriter William Wheeler (The Reluctant Fundamentalist, The Hoax) is in charge of the script.

A project that has been discussed for some time (the last we heard, The Wolf Of Wall Street’s Margot Robbie was in talks to star), Ghost In The Shell may pick up a bit of speed with a star of Johansson’s magnitude attached.

I known there is a lot of hate out there right now for Scarlett getting this roll and I can get were it’s all coming from i can but at the end of the day they want the movie to do well and for that they need a big name and after “Lucy” Scarlett can pull in the money for them and thats all it comes down to “money” for the people making this movie. Most people will go to see it as it has Scarlett in and that is want they want.
