Don Jon’s Addiction, Scarlett’s upcoming movie, has changed its name and it’s now called Don Jon. There’s also a new still released of Scarlett playing Barbara Sugarman along with Joseph Gordon-Levitt (who also directs the film) that you can view it in our gallery, just click on the miniature.
Scarlett was a guest on the Jimmy Fallon show last night. I wasn’t able to find a video of the interview yet, since most videos have restricted access. I’ll keep you posted. I do have some stills of the show. Scarlett looked stunning!

Jon Martello is the quintessential modern-day lothario. He and his friends objectify women, rate them on a scale of one to ten and cruise clubs for chicks that they can bed and discard. Jon, in particular, is exceptionally good at wooing the ladies with his muscles, slick-backed hair and cocky charms. His life, as he tells us in voiceover, is all about his friends, the gym, his ride (a Camaro muscle car), his family, church (no, really), girls and pornography. Lots and lots of pornography. Jon is an inveterate and compulsive porn addict, so much so that it prevents him from having a substantial relationship with any female. Jon Martello, in case you missed it, is a total guido from New Jersey, complete with “Jersey Shore “accent.
Jon’s life is all about routine, as writer/director/star Joseph Gordon-Levitt shows us repeatedly like a comedic mantra clipped at a quick rate. Jon screams at retarded Sunday drivers behind the wheel, sweats it out at the gym, bangs all kinds of broads, goes home for family dinner every Sunday and then goes to church to confess his myriad transgressions over and over again. And, just like the bong of an iMac rebooting like a buzzer, he watches endless amounts of porn. But Jon’s life of pulling countless broads is quickly upended when he meets the ultimate “dime” (a ten), Barbara Sugarman (Scarlett Johansson), a princess guidette with a body built for sin, but the morals of a saint (at least by today’s standards).
Scarlett (dressed head to toe by Dolce & Gabbana) and her co-stars attended the ‘Cat On A Hot Tin Roof’ opening night after party on January 17th at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers in New York City. Lots of celebrities attended the play, and though it got mixed reviews, all of them praised Scarlett’s performance, so well donde girl! Check out pics of the party in our gallery:

When attending the Cat on a Hot Tin Roof photocall in November 2012, Scarlett also had her portraits shot. These were relased this week. I added them to the gallery.

Scarlett Johansson didn’t receive an Oscar nomination on Thursday morning, but the actress could be a part of the 85th annual Academy Awards anyway. Johansson sings the Oscar-nominated song “Before My Time” from the documentary “Chasing Ice.” The music and lyrics are by J. Ralph, who gets credit for the Oscar nomination.
“Chasing Ice” was expected to earn a nomination for Best Documentary Feature, but it was left off that list. It did make the cut for Best Original Song, however, joining “Everybody Needs a Friend” from “Ted,” “Pi’s Lullaby” from “Life of Pi,” “Skyfall” from “Skyfall” and “Suddenly” from “Les Miserables.”
“Before My Time” is a mournful track that ran over the credits for “Chasing Ice.” According to IMDb, the film follows “National Geographic photographer James Balog across the Arctic as he deploys time-lapse cameras designed for one purpose: to capture a multi-year record of the world’s changing glaciers.”
Listen to “Before My Time” here. The 85th annual Academy Awards happen on Feb. 24; Johansson is not confirmed to appear just yet.
